Once you have signed up, you will receive an email with instructions for how to access the first session. Every new session will be sent to you on Wednesdays, and you can choose when you decide to watch it. You have a year to finish your course. 

We warmly recommend that you carve out a specific time each week for the a new session - and for your daily mindfulness practices! 

Each session is around 45 minutes and guides you through three different areas:

  1. MBSR TALK - Here is where you learn about and get to experience Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) including a translation of its attitudes to business, formal mindfulness meditations and informal mindfulness meditations.
  2. MIND-TRAINING - A section that each week brings up new methods for mind-training and self-awareness. The latest within neuroscience (as currently taught at Harvard) is translated to business terms. The selection of the best of executive coaching tools.
  3. MBSR MEDITATIONS - You will have access to a number of different mindfulness meditations with various lengths to suit your needs.

You are expected to meditate and do a few exercises daily throughout this course. This is so that you can reap the full scientifically proven benefits of an MBSR 8-week practice, on which most "mindfulness studies" to date are based.

The scientifically researched and proven benefits of a mindfulness (MBSR) practice are down-right extraordinary.
